Double hexagon 12-point sockets are for use on gearboxes differentials, front and rear axles for the following vehicles: Mercedes Benz, Renault, Audi, VW, BMW, Toyota, G.M., Honda, Ford, Chrusler, Jeep, etc.
These are double hex 12 point deep well, super tight thin wall sockets that can be used with both impacts and patches and breakers in 1/2" drive. They are double hex and have a surface drive, so they grab tightly to the flat side of the nuts.
Because of how this and tight they are, the sockets have a tremendous amount of mass to torque transfer aid to remove rusted and stubborn axle nuts that normally are tough to take off.
They also fit your automatic transmission tail output shafts.
They will be your GO TO deep large impact sockets forever. The sizes are as follows: 30, 32, 33, 34 and 36 in 12 point and 35 in 6 point which you'll need and they're a full 3" deep.
They come in our famous T&E unbreakable blow mold cases that snaps closed to store in a box or bring them to the field.
